How much are your shipping charges for US shipments?
We offer FREE ground shipping for all US domestic orders over $65.00.
Orders under $65.00 are shipped USPS first-class for a flat rate of $6.00. Most orders normally arrive 4-6 days after shipping depending on your proximity to Houston, Texas.
USPS Priority Flat shipping is available for $9.50
We normally ship within 48 hours Monday through Friday. Orders placed Friday may ship on Monday morning.
What about international shipping charges?
We offer a few options for up to 5 bottles (less than 1lb) to most countries. For larger orders, we will confirm the actual shipping charges with you before we process the order.
On all options, the buyer is responsible for any extra duties, taxes, customs fees, import fees or other delivery charges levied by the destination country. You should contact your local customs office for more information about the possibility of additional fees. Contact us about international shipping questions.
What if I would like to return my product?
We want you to love our products and Enzyme Essentials offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the products for any reason, you may return them within 30 days for a refund of the product purchase price less a small handling fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
