When you order the Enhanced Nutrition System you automatically get the Basic Nutrition System(which includes OxiCellZyme and Plantadophilus).

While the BASIC Enzyme Nutrition System is designed to provide a balanced and comprehensive digestive enzyme and nutritional regimen, the ENHANCED Enzyme Nutrition System takes the excellent BASIC system one step further. Both systems provide the same primary digestive benefit to the whole body by enhancing digestive function to both the upper (via OxiCellZyme) and lower (via Plantadophilus) gastrointestinal  tract. The ENHANCED Enzyme Nutrition System provides a third component, either PureZyme or MasterZyme, to this already excellent regimen.

PureZyme (protease) when taken between meals (i.e., when no food is present in the stomach) is able to make its way, while still in its active state, into the blood stream where it acts as a powerful scavenger of oxidized proteins, enhances blood rheology, and helps modulate the immune system.
